Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Bridge Advisory Partners (operated by OHMS HOLDINGS LTD), we strive to provide high-quality strategic consultancy. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our consultants.

1. Consultancy Services

As our services involve bespoke professional advice and time-intensive research:

  • Initial Consultations: If you have booked an initial consultation, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Ongoing Projects: For long-term advisory projects, refunds for specific milestones will only be considered if the work for that milestone has not yet commenced. Once a project phase is completed and delivered, the fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Terms

  • Client Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of a scheduled meeting may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover the consultant’s preparation time.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session once at no extra cost, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

3. Service Dissatisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you believe the service delivered does not meet the scope agreed upon in our Service Agreement:

  • Please submit a written complaint to enquiries@bridgeadvisorypartners.co.uk within 7 days of service delivery.

  • We will review your claim within 5 business days and may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, a credit toward future services, or a re-performance of the service.

4. Refund Process

  • Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used via Stripe.

  • Timeline: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Transaction Fees: Please note that depending on the circumstances, the original transaction fee charged by the payment processor may be non-refundable.
